Yes. You'll be in full protective gear — coveralls, gloves, face shield, and protective boots — for the entire session, and every booking starts with a safety briefing.

Yes. This activity involves physical exertion and flying debris. It isn't recommended for guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy, pregnancy, or mobility impairments. If you're unsure, message us before booking — everyone also signs a waiver on arrival.

No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Smashing things is a physical release — it gets adrenaline out, gives you somewhere to put frustration, and most people walk out lighter. That's real, but it isn't treatment. If something heavier is going on, please talk to a professional. We're the pressure valve, not the fix.

Everything you smash here was already broken or bound for the landfill — imported hospitality goods damaged in shipping from our family's supply business, plus donated and end-of-life electronics. You're not creating waste. You're finally getting to enjoy it.

Yes. Any package can be bought as a gift voucher, valid 6 months. Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram with the package and the recipient's name and we'll send a printable card.

Something you don't mind getting a little dusty. You'll wear our protective boots over your own shoes inside the room.

Yes. 18 and up: full access — you'll sign your own waiver and need a valid photo ID. 14–17: allowed with a parent or legal guardian present for the full session, and the parent/guardian signs the waiver on-site. Under 14 is not permitted.

No — everything is provided by us, so nothing you bring from home can be used in the room.

Yes, bring your playlist and it's yours for the session.

You're welcome to record yourself. We don't film sessions for you, but if you'd like a printed souvenir photo, that's available as an add-on (NPR 50) — see our Photo Printing Policy.

Booking in advance guarantees your slot. Walk-ins are welcome too, but may need to wait if we're already booked.

Full payment is required in advance to secure your slot, via eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, or credit/debit card.

24+ hours notice: 50% refunded to your original payment method, 50% as store credit (valid 60 days). Less than 24 hours / same-day: non-refundable, no credit. No-show, intoxication, or arriving 15+ minutes late: full forfeiture of your booking fee, no refund or credit.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your safety briefing and gear fitting. Sessions starting late will run shorter to stay on schedule — arriving 15+ minutes late forfeits your slot entirely.

Yes — entry is denied with no refund or credit to anyone who appears intoxicated or under the influence.
